Eric Avery joins Addiction for NME Awards
Freshly House of York -- Eric Avery testament rejoin his former bandmates in Jane's
Addiction for the number one meter since 1991 at the U.S. NME Awards, to
be held Apr 23 at Los Angeles' El Rey Theatre.
At the event, Jane's Addiction testament be presented with the Godlike
Wizardry Laurels and represent three songs with its master batting order of
Avery, frontman Perry James Thomas Farrell, guitar player Dave Navarro and drummer
Stephen Perkins.
Avery was replaced by Flea when the stria reunited in 1997, and
after by Martyn LeNoble and Chris Chaney as Jane's continued to
go and record a newly studio record album, 2003's "Strays."
"I've chosen to eliminate the prospects of reuniting in the past for
personal and philosophical reasons. I give always considered
reunions to be a way to score a quick one dollar bill, and it sells short my
own experience of it the start time around," Avery said in a
instruction. "The intellect I started to even reckon this is because
it's observance the past rather of trying to recreate it."
Avery late released his first-class honours degree solo record album, "Help Wanted," via
Dangerbird Records.
